Not receiving any other grant for the same purpose
Has not received the same grant in the same calendar year
Application must be made prior to the travel date - retrospective application will not be entertained
The applicant must have clear and specific objectives for the proposed visit. The Board does not favour applications by those wishing only to attend conferences or scientific meetings
The decision for the award is final and is not subject to review or appeal
Awardee is expected to provide a written report or oral presentation upon their return home, specifically focusing on the value of the visit to the awardee and the potential beneficial eUects to the society
